peer mediation distinction #7

On my duty of peer mediation I walked to the junior area first i walked around the junior playground and then lots of the younger students came up to me and said hi and gave me a hug then i walked around the reception room after that we walked past rooms 8,9,10 and 11 there were some people that were playing 4 square  then we walked past the hall and there were some people bouncing the ball at the wall and we just reminded them not to do that after that we walked around the field as we were walking around the field we picked up some basket balls and net ball s because they are not meant to be on the field

I showed leadership by doing my duty not just playing with my friends. 

I continued to be a good role model by going to all of the areas to see if there were any problems.

Today in kapa haka we took off our shoes and waited for the younger kids to be done in the hall and after that we came in and sat in our lines well at least some of us did. Then we started off by singing ka waiata we sang this really well after that we sang koi mati feke and the we learnt actions for it. Then we sang tai tapu we sang this really proud because its our school song. then after that we went over wakatakateho, this is one of my favourite song because its really high energy. then we talked about  when our next performance is it is at the gala on the first of December and that we will be doing a range of songs for it. I showed leadership by as soon as I walked in just going straight to my seat and not worrying about what my friends are doing. I showed excellence by doing the actions as best as copying matua to learn the new actions.

for this home learning challenge I had to design a set of cards to give to my family but i'm giving one to my teacher and one to my dad the one i'm giving to my dad is a pic collage of heaps of pictures of him and our family. for my one for my teacher I am putting a photo that all of my teachers took on the plane on my phone that they put on my home screen and lock screen the teacher I am giving it to is Mr Muller.

home learning challenge distinction #4

For this home learning challenge I helped my mum stain the front deck, back deck, dog deck and the fence this took us about three days to do and I had to where old clothes so that my good clothes didn't get dirty but then I was not wearing shoes so it got all over my feet as well as my arms it even got on my head and I tried to get it off with a lot of things but nothing was getting it off then I treed make up remover and it got it off thank goodness because I had school the next day.
